“Did initially have a problem because my small order was mixed in with another bigger one resulting in an error and me getting less wood than I should have. However after contacting Steve, he immediately agreed the mistake, said action would be taken to prevent such a mistake happening again and honoured Elcombe’s ‘no quibble’ guarantee and turned up next day with enough wood to make up the order (plus a bit extra!) and a free tarpaulin so I will use them again as the quality is very good and they react quickly to enquiries. Also it’s a bonus that they will carry the wood to the site ready for stacking, happily and without additional charge rather than my experience with other firms that just dump it outside your house!”
